The idea behind the identity Discover what the cube means ↓Why Salient AI exists
Most organizations do not need a sweeping AI transformation. They need someone to notice the friction: the missed call, the slow follow-up, the information that must be changed in 120 places or the repetitive task that quietly consumes hours every week.
We connect that business problem to a practical first implementation. It may begin with AI for marketing, a better sales response or a smoother administrative workflow. The measure is not how impressive the technology looks. It is whether the work becomes easier, faster or more valuable.
What we actually help change
Salient AI brings strategy, implementation and ongoing improvement together, so an idea does not stall between the meeting and the real work.

The symbol explained
Six is the atomic number of carbon—the element that forms the basis of life. We use 06 as a reminder that powerful systems begin with a useful, adaptable building block.
AI is stated plainly because our role is to make the technology understandable. No mystical language. No pretending the tool is the outcome.
The square gives possibility a boundary. It represents the real business problem, the constraints that matter and the discipline required to make an idea useful.
When the square becomes a cube, an abstract idea gains dimension. That is the Salient AI promise: move AI out of the screen and into the real work of the organization.
The experience behind the agency
Stephen began in biochemistry, trained to identify patterns, test assumptions and measure results. He carried that discipline into more than two decades of marketing, technology and entrepreneurship—and into long-term client relationships where the work must keep producing value after the launch.
Biochemistry shaped a habit of testing assumptions, recognizing patterns and measuring what changes.
Stephen co-founded and led the agency, growing it to 36 people before its acquisition by Arlene Dickinson.
He co-founded the automotive marketplace, later acquired by Metroland Media.
Decades of business-building experience now meet the most consequential technology shift of this generation.
How we think about AI
The technology will keep changing. These standards should not.
The first question is not what AI can do. It is which business result is worth improving.
Start with one focused use case, learn from a working result and build confidence before scaling.
AI can accelerate the work. People remain responsible for judgement, standards and relationships.
Relationships measured in years
Long-term client relationships let Salient AI move beyond one project—improving visibility, adapting the website and finding the next useful operational opportunity.
